About GPTPress

The reliable way to turn ChatGPT conversations into PDF documents.

Why GPTPress?

Other tools that convert ChatGPT share links to PDF use a headless browser to render the page — which means load timing issues, inconsistent page counts, and cut-off conversations.

GPTPress works differently. We fetch the conversation data directly from the server-rendered HTML — no browser rendering, no JavaScript execution, no guessing. Every message is extracted precisely, every time.

What you get

Clickable index

Every user question becomes an indexed entry at the top. Click to jump directly to that point.

Full markdown

Code blocks, tables, headers, bold, italic — all rendered cleanly in the PDF.

Dark theme

Professional dark styling that prints cleanly and looks great on screen.

No login needed

Paste a link, get a PDF. That's it. No account, no email, no friction.

Free plan limits

Free users get 10 conversions per day and PDFs up to 30 pages. Conversations longer than 30 pages will be truncated with an offer to download the first 30 pages. Pro plan removes all limits.

Privacy

We do not store your conversation content. We log the share URL, your IP address, and the page count for rate limiting and abuse prevention. That's it. Conversations are fetched from ChatGPT's public share page — only links you have shared publicly will work.

What doesn't work

Private conversations, deleted share links, and image uploads inside conversations. Text content is always extracted in full. Images uploaded by users inside ChatGPT are not publicly accessible and cannot be embedded in the PDF.
